JustWalkIndia is a multi-city walking carnival celebrating health, wellness, community, and diversity. It encourages participants from all backgrounds and fitness levels to engage in the health benefits of walking.
It will start in six cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Ahmedabad.
There are three categories: a 3 km timed walk, Fun Walk for beginners, a 5 km timed walk, Family Walk, and a 10 km timed walk, Pro Walk for seasoned walkers.
The event is open to all ages, from 7+ years, and all fitness levels, making it inclusive for everyone. Registrations for 8-12 years old will only happen under adult supervision and the parents or guardians shall accompany their child for a walk. Children (8-12 years) are only allowed to walk in the 3km category. Both the child and the accompanying parent or guardian must register for the event in the 3km category.
No, participants only need comfortable walking shoes.

No. There are no prizes associated with each of the walks.
Yes, children 8 years and older can participate, ideally in the 3 km Fun Walk or the 5 km Family Walk. The event will proceed in most weather conditions, but extreme weather may lead to delays or cancellations.
Refund policies vary and are detailed on the registration page. No refund will be given. Only if the walk is cancelled by the organizer, a refund will be provided.

No strict dress code, dress appropriately for the event, but participants are encouraged to wear comfortable and breathable clothing. Registered participants will be provided an official event jersey on the bib collection day.

Transfer of bib is not allowed. In case you cannot collect the bib, please nominate somebody to come and collect the BIB on your behalf as per the scheduled dates. This person should carry a letter of authorisation from the participant giving him/her authority to collect the kit on his/ her behalf. and a VALID ID (Govt.) PROOF. NO BIBS WILL BE GIVEN ON THE EVENT DAY.
Payment will be accepted by Debit Card, Credit Card, Net-Banking, UPI & Wallets only. No Cash payment will be accepted.
Each category has a fixed number of slots. Registrations will close once all slots have been filled. No offline registration will be accepted. No on the spot registration at the venue is allowed. Please check the website for registration details.
Yes, you can register on this website on behalf of somebody else, but the credentials submitted at the time of registration, should be of the person being registered only.
Bibs can only be collected on the BIB collection dates. In case you are out of station please nominate somebody to come and collect the BIB on your behalf as per the scheduled dates. This person should carry a letter of authorisation from the participant giving him/her authority to collect the kit on his/her behalf. and a VALID ID (Govt.) PROOF. NO BIBS WILL BE GIVEN ON THE EVENT DAY.
A registration would be rejected or declared invalid if:
- The details submitted by a candidate are false/fake and do not match the details as on the valid government approved photo ID
- Payment of participation fees is unsuccessful.
Make a fresh registration from the beginning. In case the amount has gotten deducted for the earlier failed registration, the same will be reversed in 7-10 working days. In case the payment reversal doesn’t happen in 7-10 working days, please write to care@justwalkindia.com
Category or BIB number cannot be changed after successful registration.
An email confirmation and an SMS will be sent to the contact numbers and email ID as provided in the registration form within 48 hours.

For 3km, 5km and 10km, the timing chip will be attached with the bibs & you will get an SMS for your timings after the event gets over.

Yes, baggage counter facility will be available at the venue on a “first come, first serve basis”. The baggage will be kept solely at owner’s risk. Participants are requested to not carry any valuable items to the event. In case of any loss or theft, organizers will not be responsible for the same and the responsibility will be solely borne by the participant themselves.
Yes, we have a limited number of parking slots around the Walk venue. Please refer to the directional signage for the same which will be present in and around the venue and in the handout given in the bib kits. Parking of the vehicle will be solely at the owner's risk. Parking will be available on a “First come, first served basis”.

Please carry a Valid Photo ID used at the time of registration for the event along with the confirmation email.
Sizes as provided at the time of registration will be the final size and no changes will be accepted further on. All Official JustWalk India Event Jerseys have a standard size – 3XL, XXL, XL, L, M, S, XS. We are not responsible for customizing the Jersey size.
No Cancellation is allowed.
No Awards will be given.
No, only those who successfully finish the walk shall be gratified with a medal.
Yes, we will issue the complete refund.
Participant not adhering to the guideline will not be allowed to participate. Any participant found taking shortcuts and not following the guidelines or missing any of the timing points will be disqualified. Race director’s decision will be final in such a case.
The upper age limit is 95 years.
Registrations for the JustWalk India will be conducted only through our website – justwalkindia.com. No On-ground Registrations Are Allowed At The Event.
Please carry your BIB and Valid Photo ID used at the time of registration for the event along with the walk t-shirt.
Post event there is no provision of giving the T-shirt, medals, certificate, bib, etc.
